A notice will be provided to you if an extension is necessary, together with the reason(s) for the delay.
If we do not take action on your request, we will inform you, without delay and at the latest within the time period permitted, of the reason(s) for not taking action and any rights you may have to appeal our decision.
If requests from you are unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request and notify you of the reason for refusing the request.
